About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Intern – Travel & Tourism to join our team in Bhubaneswar.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven internship where you will work closely with the sales and founding team to generate leads, engage with prospective travellers, convert enquiries into bookings, and contribute directly to the growth of Eleqt Holidays & Leisure.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify potential customer leads through various channels.
Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
Follow up with leads and assist in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain and update lead/customer information and sales records.
Assist in developing and executing sales and customer acquisition strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
Support B2B/B2C business development initiatives and partnership outreach.
Research travel trends, destinations, competitors, and market opportunities.
Coordinate with the operations and travel planning teams to ensure smooth customer handover.
