Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Technology Officer to lead our organization’s technology strategy and execution. The CTO will drive innovation, oversee the development, implementation, and scaling of technology solutions that aligns with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage engineering and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Evaluate and implement recent systems, tools, and technologies to enhance operations and innovation.
- Oversee software development, infrastructure, and IT operations, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to make informed business and technology decisions.
- Establish policies, procedures, and best practices for technology management and governance.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies that can drive competitive advantage.
- Manage technology budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.




- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security regulations, and data protection policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 3-5 years proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technology executive.
- Strong background in software development, systems architecture, and IT operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business objectives.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, AI, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation trends.
