About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Demand Generation Executive to support our business development initiatives across the ANZ and European markets.

This is a B2B outbound demand generation role focused on identifying target accounts, engaging relevant decision-makers, understanding potential business needs, qualifying opportunities and generating high-quality meetings for Neilsoft's regional Sales and Business Development teams.





The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international B2B prospecting, inside sales, demand generation or appointment setting, preferably for engineering, technology, IT or professional services.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound B2B prospecting through cold calls, warm calls and structured follow-ups across assigned ANZ and European accounts.
Research target companies, industries and key decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Salesforce CRM and other business intelligence/prospecting platforms.
Identify and engage relevant stakeholders across Engineering, Design, BIM/Digital Engineering, Technology, Operations and Procurement functions.
Conduct meaningful business conversations to understand prospects' current priorities, challenges and potential requirements.
Qualify prospects and opportunities based on Neilsoft's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), service fit, business need and engagement potential.
