What You’ll Do
Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for enterprise applications (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CRM, ERP, Finance, CX).
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
Develop, maintain, and scale automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Partner with developers and product owners to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure “shift-left” quality.
Identify, log, and track defects through resolution, collaborating with engineering and QA leads.
Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring automated test coverage.
Support release readiness by providing transparent defect reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) as part of a global, cross-functional team.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
3–6 years of experience in ServiceNow Quality Engineering.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and software testing life cycle (STLC).
Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or ERP systems.
Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation (SQL).
