Job Summary
The Social Media Specialist at Digital Nest will be responsible for managing and growing the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. The role involves developing social media strategies, planning content calendars, creating engaging content, identifying trends, managing online communities, and monitoring performance.
The ideal candidate should be creative, digitally savvy,



proactive, and data-driven brand awareness, increase engagement, generate , with a solid understanding of social media trends and audience engagement. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to build leads, and drive measurable growth through social media.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Digital Nest's business and marketing goals.
Plan monthly/weekly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Identify the right content formats, trends, and topics for the target audience.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, platform updates, and competitor activities.
2. Content Creation & Management
Create engaging content including posts, carousels, reels, stories, short-form videos, and LinkedIn content.
