Role Description The Senior BIM Modeller will work in a full-time, remote capacity, collaborating closely with contractors, designers, and project teams to produce coordinated,



constructable BIM models and drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed 3D models for MEP and architectural elements, preparing construction drawings, and ensuring models are clash-free and aligned with project specifications and ISO 19650 standards. The role involves supporting tender submissions with presentation-ready BIM outputs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and translating on-site constraints into practical modelling solutions. The Senior BIM Modeller will review models for quality and buildability, troubleshoot design and coordination issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of BCE’s BIM processes and standards.
Qualifications
Solid proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms and workflows, with experience delivering coordinated models on complex projects.
