Job Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, customization, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Develop and implement CRM enhancements, plugins, workflows, custom entities, and integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews,



and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring system performance and reliability.
Follow coding standards, best practices, and documentation processes.
Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Robust expertise in CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
Experience leading development teams or technical projects.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
