Role Description
The Team Lead Application Support role is a full time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing application support activities, ensuring business-critical banking applications run smoothly and meet service level expectations. The team lead will manage incident and problem resolution, coordinate with technical teams and vendors,



and provide guidance to support analysts on troubleshooting complex issues. Daily responsibilities include monitoring application performance, analyzing recurring problems, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining documentation of processes and configurations. The role also involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritizing support tasks, and contributing to continuous improvement of application stability and user experience.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Application Support and Technical Support skills for banking or financial systems.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Candidates should possess effective Problem Management capabilities, including root cause analysis and preventive action planning.
