Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kolkata, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves identifying potential customers, responding to inquiries, and following up on leads to promote the company’s products and services. The Sales Associate will prepare quotations, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and support order processing and coordination with internal teams. Daily responsibilities include meeting or calling clients,



understanding their needs, providing product information, and assisting with after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes basic market research, reporting sales performance to management, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
