Role Description The Sr Business Development Manager – Flooring is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for driving growth in commercial carpet flooring solutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with architects, designers,



contractors, and corporate clients, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The role involves conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating product demonstrations, and negotiating commercial terms to meet revenue and margin targets. The manager will collaborate closely with internal project, design, and operations teams to ensure accurate specifications, timely execution, and high customer satisfaction. Regular responsibilities also include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, tracking performance against targets, and representing Easethis at industry events and client meetings within the region.
