Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students regarding PTE and IELTS preparation programs.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and direct interactions.
- Clearly explain course offerings, schedules, fees, and program benefits.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and enrollment status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and class updates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students until the enrollment process is completed.
- Achieve individual sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.




- Confident personality with solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain timely reporting.
- Previous experience in education consulting, student counseling, sales, or business development will be preferred.
- Familiarity with PTE and IELTS programs will be an added advantage.
