We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant with 4 - 7 years of handson expertise across SmartRecruiters, Talent Intelligence Hub and Onboarding 2.0
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in implementing configuring and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors recruiting and onboarding solutions with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support end-to-end hire-to-retire processes This role will play a key part in optimizing talent acquisition workflows skillsbased hiring strategies and onboarding experiences within the organization

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage the SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system including job postings candidate relationship management and offer management to support every stage of the hiring lifecycle 1
Set up and maintain the integration between SAP SuccessFactors Position Management and SmartRecruiters enabling automated transfer of position details to job requisitions 2
Utilize the Migration Hub Configuration Analyzer to map and validate Job and Organizational fields manage field mappings dependencies and usage indicators to support migration and configuration activities 1
Collaborate with recruiting teams to leverage Winston AIpowered features for candidate matching realtime candidate support and recruiter task automation 1
Ensure smooth posthire data transitions from SmartRecruiters to SAP SuccessFactors Manage Pending Hires supporting seamless onboarding or standard employee creation
Talent Intelligence Hub SAP SuccessFactors Skills Job Profiles
Configure and administer the Talent Intelligence Hub including the central attributes library for skills and competencies used across Recruiting Performance and Development modules.
Manage the upgrade and migration of competency data from Jo
