Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and nurturing relationships with startups and MSMEs. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare proposals and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to design suitable consulting solutions.



Daily activities include meeting potential clients, following up on leads, negotiating commercial terms, and tracking performance against sales and growth targets. The individual will also contribute to marketing initiatives, represent the company at events, and provide feedback to leadership on market trends and client needs.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in consulting or professional services.
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to understand startup and MSME business challenges.
Experience in market research, opportunity analysis, and preparing client-facing proposals and presentations.
