? Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager – Cybersecurity to lead complex cybersecurity transformation programs within a large global organization.
The role will involve managing multiple projects and workstreams covering areas such as Network Security, Cryptography, Authentication, Privileged/Elevated Access, Human & Non-Human Identities, and other cybersecurity capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the overall Cybersecurity Transformation Program.
Coordinate multiple projects, workstreams, resources and governance forums.




Manage delivery from engineering teams through to Executive Steering Committee / C-Level stakeholders.
Understand cybersecurity technology solutions and business outcomes and communicate them effectively to senior stakeholders.
Manage project interdependencies, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.
Drive successful delivery of transformation initiatives and ensure business benefits are realized.
Define and track OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) at program and service-line level.
Translate OKRs into JIRA backlogs, epics and milestones with complete delivery traceability.
Proactively identify, manage and escalate program risks and issues through appropriate governance forums.
Drive Agile delivery practices and portfolio management.
Coordinate across engineering, business, technology and leadership teams.
Provide regular program status updates, governance reporting and executive-level communication.
Mandatory Requirements
9+ years of experience in program/project delivery.
Robust experience in C
