About the Role
We are hiring a Reporting Analyst to join our People Systems & Analytics team. You will build and manage workforce reports in Workday, clean up and standardize our reporting workplace, and handle complex data requests from HR and business teams. You will work closely with the People Systems & Analytics team to improve how we use Workday.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) for HR and business stakeholders.
Handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 data requests — complex questions that need deep analysis and investigation.
Audit and clean up report definitions, calculated fields, and shared report libraries to reduce duplication and improve consistency.
Set and maintain naming standards and field definitions across Workday reporting.
Work with the People Systems & Analytics team to improve Workday configuration and data quality.
