Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Equity Business Development Executive to join our growing Equity & Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring current clients, and promoting equity trading and investment services. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in the stock market and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Telecalling
- Conduct outbound calls to generate qualified leads for equity products and services
- Follow up on marketing leads and cold prospects using structured scripts
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and lead generation benchmarks

Client Acquisition
- Pitch trading accounts, equity products, and investment solutions to potential clients
- Assist clients through the account opening and onboarding process




- Coordinate with internal teams for KYC and documentation completion

Database Management
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate call logs and lead status
- Track sales pipeline and follow-up schedules effectively
- Prepare daily MIS reports on leads, conversions, and pending cases

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 years in Sales / Telecalling / Financial Services
- Skills Required: Strong communication and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of the stock market/equity trading
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Certification: NISM Series VIII (preferred)
- Mandatory to complete during probation if not certified
