Job Description
Parsley Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment team and drive revenue growth for the organization. The role involves managing a team of recruiters, handling key client requirements, and acquiring new clients, primarily within the automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring and revenue targets.
- Generate revenue through the successful closure of recruitment mandates.
- Develop and onboard new clients, especially in the automobile sector.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple client requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.
- Track team performance and ensure monthly billing targets are achieved.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in the recruitment/staffing industry
- Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience
Qualification
- Graduate / Post Graduate (HR / Business Administration preferred)
