Key Responsibilities
- Proofread articles, emails, and marketing content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting, and consistency
- Ensure a consistent tone, style, and voice across all written materials
- Perform basic fact-checking to maintain content accuracy
- Collaborate with writers and editors to improve clarity and readability
- Maintain and update internal style guidelines as needed
- Deliver high-quality, error-free content within tight deadlines

Requirements




- Exceptional command of written English and grammar rules
- Proven experience in proofreading, editing, or content quality assurance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is an advantage
- Proficient in tools such as Google Docs, Grammarly, and content management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
