Head of Growth – Aggregator Platforms

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven, data-oriented, and strategic Head of Growth to lead and
scale our aggregator business across Swiggy and Zomato. This role owns aggregator
performance, revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end performance and P&L; for aggregator channels.
Drive growth across revenue, visibility, conversion, and Average Order Value (AOV).
Lead commercial negotiations with platform partners.
Plan and execute advertisements, promotions, and pricing strategies.
Maintain catalog hygiene and optimize conversion.
Lead new store launches and scale performance.
Build and manage the aggregator operations team.




Leverage AI and data tools for efficiency and insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.

Qualifications :
5–10+ years in Growth, Marketplace, Food-Tech, or related roles.
Hands-on experience managing Swiggy, Zomato, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Experience leading high-performing teams.
Comfort with AI-driven workflows and data-led decision making.
