Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with robust Data project experience and Airline domain expertise to drive Agile delivery for Data initiatives.
The selected candidate will initially work offshore and is expected to relocate onsite to Abu Dhabi within 2–3 months, based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
Coordinate with Data, Engineering, QA, Business, and other cross-functional teams.
Track sprint progress, delivery metrics,



and provide regular status updates.
Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the team.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of Data and Digital initiatives.
Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication across business and technology teams.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
8+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Experience handling Scrum teams working on Data projects.
SAFe Scrum Master certification – Mandatory.
Mandatory experience in the Airline domain.
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and delivery governance.
Experience in backlog management, stakeholder coordination, risk, and dependency management.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
