Role Description The Dealer Development Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing dealer relationships to expand the company’s distribution network and sales footprint.



Day-to-day activities include developing dealer development plans, analyzing territory performance, coordinating sales activities, and providing product and sales training to dealer teams. The Specialist will conduct regular market visits, gather feedback on products and pricing, support dealers with promotional initiatives, and collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of dealer performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to enhance dealer engagement and revenue growth.
