We are looking for a Real Estate Inside Sales Assistant to support the sales team by qualifying buyer and seller leads, following up with prospects, and coordinating appointments to help agents close more deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries from buyers and sellers
- Follow up and nurture leads throughout the sales process
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with real estate agents
- Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties
- Maintain consistent communication and build solid client relationships
- Support overall property sales and lead conversion efforts
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in real estate or inside sales is a plus
- Comfortable working with leads, follow-ups, and CRM tools
