About the Role:
As a Graphic Designer, you will lead the production and visual development of digital design, including promotional, holiday, and seasonal campaigns across our web and retention channels. With advanced expertise in Figma, you’ll be instrumental in bringing ideas to life from conceptual development to delivery of final assets.
This is a role for a proactive, solutions-focused designer who thrives in rapid-paced DTC environments. You’ll balance speed and craft while working closely with our Senior Art Director, Creative Director, Photographer, and Channel Marketing teams. A strong sense of ownership, a positive attitude, and the ability to move work forward quickly will be key to your success at Ridge.

Job Responsibilities:
- Campaign Design: Concept, develop, and execute visuals for digital campaigns, including promotional launches, holiday events, and seasonal initiatives.
- Asset Optimization:



Develop and optimize graphics and images for online platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and compatibility with web and mobile interfaces.
- Figma Execution: Lead design work in Figma—building layouts, organizing files, creating components, and collaborating in real-time with team members.
- Digital Production: Prepare and deliver mockups and final design assets for various outputs, including e-commerce pages, retention email templates, paid product pages, and web banners.
- Organizational Efficiency: Maintain an organized repository of design files with version control practices for easy access and retrieval.
- Creative Concepting: Bring fresh ideas to brainstorms and visual strategy sessions. Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to align messaging and design.
