We're seeking someone to join our team as a Quality Assurance Director to strengthen the existing processes and bring in transformation to have more robust processes & controls in place under Third Party Program Management.

This is a Director level position within the Third Party Risk Management, which specializes in identifying, analyzing, and managing risks presented to a company as a result of working with external parties /vendors

What you'll do in the role:
- Ensures quality service within SLAs to internal clients (i.e., Onshore senior leadership, SMEs, etc.)
- Maintain policies, procedures,



and guidelines governing the function and its operations in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Through quality assurance of the process & controls - improve the throughput, quality of work, supervisory reviews
- Help building the training programs at the location & building the culture of high performance & continuous improvement
- Supports & reports directly the Site lead of India to bring is solid culture, training, inclusivity within the team

What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance or equivalent required Chartered accountant, CPA and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or MBA a plus
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in risk and control assessments in the financial services industry
- Sound knowledge of internal control and risk management with strong understanding of business operations
