Your portfolio should already showcase 1 or 2 exceptional UX/UI Projects.**Key Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to make informed design decisions.- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.- Contribute to maintaining the design system and style guide.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.**Qualifications Required**:- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes.At ideaForge, the selection process involves a resume and portfolio review by a UX expert, followed by a video interview.
