Role Overview:You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing transaction Databook/Workbook, participating as a Deal team member, managing data effectively, preparing industry-specific analyses, proposal and scope of work, management discussion decks, and drafting sections of the FDD Report. Additionally, you will set up Debt/Debt like and Net Working Capital analysis, demonstrate proficiency in technology tools, project and team management exposure, and strong problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review transaction Databook/Workbook with high proficiency- Actively participate as a Deal team member and train junior team members- Manage gathered data effectively and prepare industry-specific analyses- Prepare proposal, scope of work, and management discussion decks- Lead specific sections in management calls and draft sections of the FDD Report- Set up Debt/Debt like and Net Working Capital analysis with high proficiency- Demonstrate proficiency in technology tools such as Alteryx, Power BI- Manage projects, effort estimate, team handling, and performance management- Perform detailed financial statement analysis and provide strategic advice to clients- Take personal responsibility for work, demonstrate personal integrity, and deliver results within tight deadlines- Adapt to various engagement types, working hours, and environments- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsQualification Required:- CA / MBA / CFA / M.Com / PG in Commerce- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role,
