As an associate on the Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) team at Gartner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the companys sales priorities and collaborating with sales & services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. You will be part of the ongoing transformation of Gartners sales force, which generates approximately $4.9B in annual revenue, aiming for sustained double-digit growth. Your responsibilities will include working closely with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales force of over 5,000 associates selling to various functions, industries, and market sectors worldwide.**Role Overview:**- Spearhead and champion automation initiatives to streamline data processes and enhance business efficiency.- Oversee the lifecycle of planned data, metrics, and analytics initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans involving cross-functional teams.- Craft executive-level communications and presentations to convey complex data insights and strategies effectively.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead, inspire, and nurture a team of up to 5 data analysts, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.- Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into actionable automated data insights.- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication of Analytics Automations strategies and priorities.- Uphold the highest standards of data quality and protection to promote trust and reliability in data-driven decisions.**Qualifications Required:**- 8 years of professional experience with a degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related fields.- Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, experience in Python and essential libraries,
