As a member of the India Cybersecurity Operation Center, your role will involve assisting in 24x7 Cyber Security Intrusion Monitoring and Event Incident Response. You will work closely with multiple IT Operations teams and members of the Information Security office to perform day-to-day security functions and investigations, including advanced analysis of threat intelligence and system security posture. Your responsibilities will include managing and overseeing systems to protect data from unauthorized access, creating and implementing security policies and procedures, evaluating security systems and applications for enhancements, as well as gathering metrics and key performance indicators.**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform real-time alert monitoring and respond to the ticket management queue.- Provide Incident Response (IR) support upon analysis confirming actionable incidents.- Analyze threats and vulnerabilities, providing recommendations for mitigation.- Lead the design and execution of cyber threat intelligence penetration tests, phishing exercises, and security audits.- Review threat intelligence sources for relevant data and take necessary actions to mitigate threats.- Support the creation and delivery of security awareness training programs and phishing exercises.- Utilize established procedures to perform routine assigned tasks, tracking and reporting on daily Security Operations Center (SOC) compliance operations.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT security industry, including awareness of new security solutions, processes, attacks, and threat vectors.- Assist in creating automation use cases, reviewing potential automation tasks, and guiding the team towards effective automation.- Participate in security projects,



collaborating with stakeholders as needed.- Comply with the Code of Business Conduct, company policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.**Qualifications Required:**- Minimum Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.- 7 years of work experience in cybersecurity or IT administration roles.- Basic understanding of computer security concepts, including Identity Access Management, Network Security, and Application Security.- Prior Incident Management experience and familiarity with security tools and frameworks (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, vulnerability scanners).- Experience with Attack Surface Management, Vulnerability Management, and Threat Intelligence Analysis and Mitigation.- Experience with Penetration testing and Security Automation platforms and technologies.- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security, CISSP, or Certified Ethical Hacker are preferred.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to contribute to the development and delivery of documents such as incident reports.Please note that this role requires a 5-day workweek with 2 days off. Workdays rotate every 4 months to ensure weekend coverage, but shift timings remain constant from 5:30 AM IST to 3:00 PM IST.
