As a Manager II, Incident Response at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading teams to develop, implement, and manage the incident management program and operations. Your responsibilities will include investigating cybersecurity events, mitigating risks, enhancing security protocols, maintaining incident logs, and coordinating team-oriented response efforts. Here are the key responsibilities:- Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew members, providing guidance and training as necessary. Set performance standards, review performance, and make informed compensation decisions.- Lead the incident response team in addressing security breaches or attacks, managing complex security-related issues, and developing multi-year incident action plans.- Monitor and improve documentation and reporting processes for incident status and results.- Partner with stakeholders to identify and analyze vulnerabilities, consult on incident management and mitigation, and represent the department in meetings with leadership and audit teams.- Investigate cybersecurity events, determine root cause, mitigate risks, and maintain comprehensive incident logs.- Continuously assess and enhance security protocols and tools, coordinate across internal teams and external agencies for collaborative incident response efforts.To qualify for this role, you must have:- Minimum 8 years of experience in incident response or cybersecurity operations, including leadership of incident management teams.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or a Masters degree/Diploma in Information Security or Cybersecurity.- Proficiency in analyzing logs from intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewalls, and system audit trails, experience with Agile, Confluence, JIRA,
