Role Overview:You are being offered an exciting opportunity to join the Enterprise Data Team at DTCC, where you will play a crucial role in establishing, maturing, and driving the implementation of industry-leading data management practices. As a member of the leadership team, you will be expected to be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize, own projects, and quickly adapt to new concepts and frameworks. This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle shifting priorities effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the team of Data Steward Analysts and Business Analysts based in the offshore location, including day-to-day staff management- Act as the primary point of contact for the offshore data analyst team, liaising regularly with onshore management, and communicating key updates from the offshore location- Produce regular reports on offshore team activity for management- Assist in recruiting for open positions in the offshore location, onboarding, and training new hires- Work with Product owners and stakeholders to understand and scope data management deliverables, translating them into user stories for the data management team- Independently lead multiple projects through the engagement lifecycle, from execution to closing- Collaborate across teams to elicit business requirements, develop and document project plans, identify resource requirements, and estimate effort for assigned projects- Lead the team in preliminary data analysis for new projects, identifying authoritative sources and defining onboarding plans for recent data- Collaborate with business and operational partners to analyze data comprehensively, produce business data element names, descriptions, and identify valid values- Lead efforts with data modelers to produce conceptual and logical data models,



including entity and attribute names and definitions- Utilize the enterprise metadata repository to input required metadata for critical data elements, supporting initiatives and enterprise-wide data efforts- Ensure data quality through profiling, defining data quality rules, performing root cause analysis, and leading data cleansing efforts- Identify program scaling opportunities, propose scaling solutions, create business requirements, and track progress- Define, track, and report key metrics for identified use cases- Provide analytical and reporting capabilities to support decision-making by business partners- Deliver transparent and concise presentations to partners and leadership- Participate in agile squads, following the Data Management CoE ways of working- Mitigate risk by following procedures and monitoring controlsQualification Required:- Minimum 7 years of related experience- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experienceAdditional Details about the Company:DTCC is the premier post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry, with over 50 years of experience.
