Role Overview:As the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Standard Chartered Bank, your primary responsibility is to protect and ensure the resilience of the banks data and IT systems by managing information and cyber security risk across the enterprise. Reporting to the Group Chief Technology, Operations and Transformation Officer, you will serve as the first line of defence in assuring the effective implementation of ICS controls and fostering a culture of cyber security within the bank.Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with Country CISOs / ISRO / CISRO / ICS / TTO representatives to ensure timely compliance with the banks ICS regulatory obligations.- Complete regulatory compliance assessments and support all SCB regions in meeting critical and complex ICS regulatory requirements.- Oversee all ICS regulatory compliance assessment activities, support issue remediations, and ensure timely submission to regulators.- Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies across processes, systems, and infrastructure.- Support ISO certification for various markets and ensure ISMS activities are performed in-country as per ISO standards.- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the ISMS, including policies, procedures, and audit records.- Provide necessary support to CISO during GIA Audit and assist in gathering required evidence.- Track ISO progress milestones and work closely with AIC LRM cluster leads to drive effective risk management culture.- Update and maintain the ISMS Calendar for each market through monthly discussions with respective CISOs.- Support a culture of diversity and inclusion to enhance talent management and promote a robust risk awareness culture.Qualifications:- Minimum 8 years of experience in Cyber Security, technology,



and ICS risk management.- Proven track record of leading successful teams.- Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with stakeholders.- Thorough understanding of ICS business processes, risks, threats, and internal controls.- Ability to analyze data, make recommendations, and communicate effectively.- Fluency in English.- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Management, or related discipline.- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM are advantageous.About Standard Chartered:Standard Chartered is an international bank committed to making a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees.
