Role Overview:As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for installing operating systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and network issues, assembling PCs, and providing support to VIP users. You will also be involved in configuring networks, installing networking devices, assigning IP addresses, cable crimping, setting up computer and printer sharing, and installing wireless networks.Key Responsibilities:- OS Installation including WIN 7, WIN8, WIN8, WIN 10 & OS Repairing WIN 7- Installing drivers- Resolving hardware problems related to SMPS, FAN, and BIOS CELL- Configuring LAN networks- Installing and setting up networking devices- Assigning IP addresses- Cable crimping- Setting up computer and printer sharing- Installing wireless networks- Setting up wireless devices such as 510,610 for connectivity- Working hands-on in a Domain Network environmentQualifications Required:- 3 years of relevant experience in IT support- Robust knowledge and experience in operating system installation, hardware troubleshooting, and network configuration- Experience in working with VIP users and providing technical support- Familiarity with LAN and wireless network setup- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyLocation:Laxmi Nagar, DelhiAdditional Details:Immediate joiners are preferred.
