1. Teaching & Academic Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for MBBS, MD/MS, and other medical students
- Develop curriculum and academic materials as per regulatory guidelines (e.g., National Medical Commission norms in India)
- Guide and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Conduct examinations, assessments, and viva voce
- Supervise thesis, dissertations, and research projects
2. Clinical Responsibilities (in Teaching Hospitals)
- Provide patient care and clinical consultations
- Supervise junior doctors, residents, and interns
- Participate in ward rounds, OPD, and emergency duties
