Key Responsibilities: Manage collections for HL and LAP portfolio in assigned region Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-up Handle soft bucket and hard bucket cases effectively Coordinate with legal and recovery agencies for critical cases Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines Prepare collection reports and MIS for management review Control NPA levels and maintain portfolio healthCandidate Profile: Experience in HL/LAP collections (NBFC/Bank preferred) Strong negotiation and recovery skills Knowledge of legal recovery process and SARFAESI is an advantage Target-oriented with strong follow-up ability Positive team handling skills (if managing collection executives)
