Role Description The Chief of Staff role is a full-time remote position that partners closely with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across Aventiqo. This role coordinates and prioritizes the leadership agenda, prepares executive briefings, and ensures effective follow-through on decisions and action items.



The Chief of Staff will lead and support cross-functional projects, streamline internal processes, and improve communication flows between executives, teams, and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing leadership meetings, tracking key performance metrics, managing special projects related to AI strategy and delivery, and supporting change management efforts. The role also involves working with internal and external stakeholders to align resources, monitor risks, and ensure that initiatives are executed on time and within scope.
