Achievers Academy is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Freelancer to help us generate high-quality student leads for our study abroad and test preparation services.
For over 26 years, Achievers Academy has helped students pursue higher education abroad through expert counselling, IELTS/GRE/TOEFL coaching, profile building, and university admissions guidance. We're now looking to scale our digital lead generation efforts and need someone who can own our paid marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Generate qualified leads for study abroad counselling, IELTS/GRE coaching, webinars, and other services
Build and test audiences, creatives, and campaign structures
Monitor key metrics including CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
Set up and manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 (preferred)
Work closely with our creative and content team to improve ad performance




Provide weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations

What We're Looking For

Proven experience running successful Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
Experience with education, EdTech, coaching, or service-based businesses is a strong advantage
Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion tracking
Strong communication and reporting skills

Bonus If You Have

Experience marketing study abroad, education, or counselling services
Knowledge of CRM integrations and lead automation
Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization
Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable campaign results
