N nWe are looking for a senior finance skilled who is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience to lead and manage our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading finance teams , driving financial strategy, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting business growth. Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry or a similar service-based organisation will be an added advantage.

- Lead, mentor, andmanage the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous development. N
- Oversee the company's entire finance and accounting function. N
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. N
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS,



Companies Act, and all other statutory and regulatory requirements. N
- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and regulatory inspections. N
- Drive budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management. N
- Provide strategic financial insights and business recommendations to senior management. N
- Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management processes. N
- Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, and working capital requirements. N
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll accounting, and fixed asset management. N
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities. N
- Ensure timely filing ofstatutory returns and maintenance of financial records. N
