Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Salesperson role based in Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role involves travelling all over India to customer locations for technical and sales developments. Other core responsibilities include preparing sales reports, conducting market analysis and staying up to date with latest customer information and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in polymers/Chemicals with preferably additional degree in Business administration
- Experience of 3-5 years in relevant field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to identify leads, generate sales, and build customer relationships
- Sales planning, customer relationship management, and market knowledge
- Basic knowledge of the plastics and chemical industries is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment
