- Facilitate field implementation of sericulture activities.
- Mobilize and support farmers, SHGs and community institutions.
- Assist in agriculture/sericulture value chain development activities.
- Support training, awareness programmers and field demonstrations.
- Collect field data and maintain project documentation.
- Support in the identification of suitable government land and facilitate its further mobilization.
- Coordinate with the Sericulture Coordinator for implementation and reporting.

Other Requirement:
- Available for official calls and communication during holidays, as required.
- 2nd and 4th Saturdays and Sundays may be working days as per instructions and project requirements.
- Must have and use a two-wheeler with a helmet for field visits.
- Responsible for arranging own accommodation/residence at personal cost.
- Willingness to undertake frequent field travel, including early-morning field visits and, when required, staying at field locations.
