Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales.
- At least 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams.
- Mandatory proficiency in Malayalam (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of the Kottayam and surrounding local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives.
- Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews.
- Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion within the assigned territory.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular field visits to support the team and drive business growth.

- Results-driven leader with strong people management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in Malayalam with strong local market understanding.
- Prior experience in insurance sales and field team management.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.

- Robust business acumen with the ability to drive revenue and team productivity.
- Immediate joiners will be strongly preferred.
