WeYou X is seeking motivated MBA students to join our Human Resources team. Interns will gain practical exposure to talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, candidate engagement, onboarding support, HR operations, and employer branding.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and campus hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.
- Assist with onboarding activities and HR operations.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- MBA (HR / Marketing / General Management)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Applications only inside Banglore
