As a Patient Support Associate, you'll be their steady point of contact — owning each oncology case from order initiation to report delivery, and making sure patients and physicians always know where things stand.This is patient-care coordination at the heart of precision oncology: part clinical coordination, part empathetic communication, part relentless follow-through. If you've supported patients or coordinated diagnostics before and want work that genuinely matters, this is it.What You'll OwnManage oncology cases end-to-end — sample movement, lab coordination, and TAT trackingBe the empathetic point of contact for patients through the full case journeyHandle escalations and drive timely resolution of queries and concernsCoordinate across lab, logistics, and clinical teams to keep cases movingKeep every stage accurately and promptly updatedWhat We're Looking For1-4 years in healthcare, diagnostics, oncology coordination, patient support,
