involves the followingFinalization of accountsGL scrutiny with variance analysisBudgeting and variance analysis including ratio analysisAnalysis of Bank Reconciliation open itemsSet up and monitor internal controls for accounting processBroad understanding of Direct and Indirect Taxes.Liasoning with the Statutory Auditors for annual / quarterly audit of financials.Vendor and Expense ManagementMIS ReportingMonthly Quarterly and Yearly Reporting to Regulatory bodiesBusiness planning and budgetingQualificationsStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ledger management, with the ability to maintain accurate books of accounts.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel, including work with spreadsheets, reconciliations, and basic data analysis.Understanding of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance relevant to NBFCs or financial services organizations.CA’s with minimum 2–5 years’ experience preferably but not necessarily from Bank/NBFC/HFC or applicants with solid accounting background with 3-7 years of work experience.
