The ideal candidate should have strong experience in EMS operations, production planning, supply chain coordination, process improvement, and team management.The role requires a results-driven professional capable of driving productivity, operational efficiency, quality compliance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacturing & Operations ManagementOversee overall plant operations including production, planning, quality, maintenance, stores, and dispatch.Ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities to achieve production targets and customer delivery commitments.Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and utilization.Production Planning & ControlCoordinate with planning teams for production scheduling based on customer demand forecasts.Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.Process ImprovementImplement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve throughput and reduce waste.Drive cost reduction and operational excellence programs.Team LeadershipLead cross-functional manufacturing teams including production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse operations.Mentor and develop team members to improve operational performance and accountability.Quality & ComplianceEnsure adherence to quality standards, SOPs,
