Job Description – AMEA Delivery LeaderDesignation: AMEA Delivery LeaderFunction: Delivery / OperationsLocation: India (Chennai, Hyderabad,Banglaore)Reporting To: COORole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and strategic AMEA Delivery Leader to drive delivery excellence, operational performance, customer satisfaction and profitable growth across the Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region.The role will be responsible for managing a diverse delivery portfolio, strengthening client relationships, ensuring high-quality and predictable delivery, and building scalable delivery capabilities across the region. The leader will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Technology, Talent Acquisition, Finance and other functions to align delivery with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery LeadershipProvide overall leadership and governance for delivery across AMEA accounts and engagements.Ensure predictable, high-quality and timely delivery across the portfolio.Establish delivery standards, processes, governance mechanisms and performance metrics.Drive continuous improvement, productivity, automation and operational efficiency.Identify delivery risks and ensure timely mitigation and escalation.Client & Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with CXO and senior client stakeholders.Act as an executive escalation point for critical delivery matters.Drive customer satisfaction, retention and referenceability.Partner with Account and Sales leaders to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.Financial & Commercial ManagementOwn delivery P&L;, revenue, margins, utilization and productivity for the AMEA portfolio.Drive effective resource planning and cost optimization.Monitor project financials,



forecast accuracy and commercial performance.Support pre-sales, solutioning and deal shaping to ensure delivery feasibility and profitability.People & Capability DevelopmentBuild and lead high-performing delivery teams across the region.Develop leadership talent and succession plans.Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to build the required skills and capacity.Promote a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous learning.Regional Strategy & GrowthDevelop and execute the AMEA delivery strategy aligned with organizational objectives.Identify opportunities to establish new capabilities, delivery models and centers of excellence.Support regional expansion and strategic transformation initiatives.Leverage global delivery capabilities to create differentiated value for customers.Key Success MeasuresRevenue and margin performanceCustomer satisfaction and retentionDelivery predictability and qualityUtilization and productivitySuccessful execution of strategic programsAccount growth and expansionTalent retention and leadership developmentDesired Candidate Profile20+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, digital transformation or technology delivery.Significant experience managing large, multi-country delivery portfolios.Proven experience in a regional/global delivery leadership role.Strong understanding of P&L;, commercial management and operational governance.Demonstrated experience managing enterprise clients and CXO relationships.Robust track record in scaling teams and driving transformation.Excellent strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience across multiple AMEA markets would be highly desirable.Strong executive presence and ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
