Macons is expanding its presence in the Truck-Mounted Knuckle Boom Crane segment and we are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executives to lead business development for this product line.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys B2B sales, customer interaction, field sales and developing new markets .KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. New Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop recent customers for Macons Knuckle Boom Cranes.Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, exhibitions, digital enquiries and industry networking.Develop relationships with contractors, infrastructure companies, logistics companies, transporters, crane rental companies, EPC companies, construction companies and other potential users.Identify industries and applications where truck-mounted knuckle boom cranes can provide value.2. Customer & Application UnderstandingUnderstand the customer's lifting requirements, truck specifications, load requirements and operating conditions.Identify the appropriate crane configuration based on the customer's application.Coordinate with the technical team to develop suitable crane and truck configurations.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.3.



Sales & Order ConversionManage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the internal team.Conduct negotiations with customers while protecting company margins.Follow up consistently on enquiries, quotations and pending decisions.Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.4. Market DevelopmentIdentify new applications and industries for Macons Knuckle Boom Cranes.Study competitor products, pricing, specifications and market positioning.Develop a strong customer and prospect database.Identify upcoming infrastructure, construction, logistics and industrial projects.Build relationships with truck dealers, body builders, fleet owners, consultants and other industry stakeholders.5. Existing Customer DevelopmentMaintain strong relationships with existing customers.Generate repeat orders and referrals.Identify opportunities for additional cranes, upgrades and fleet expansion.Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to the management and product development team.6.
