This role reports to the Accounts & Customer Support Head and is central to keeping our sales force, sites,



and stock running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess reimbursements and manage travel/ticketing for the sales/service teamCoordinate administration across multiple Pamtec sitesMaintain accurate stock records; liaise with the Purchase & Stock Keeper on spare parts orderingTrack daily attendance across sites by coordinating with site supervisorsAssist with recruitment and onboarding as neededSupport the Accounts Head with day-to-day accounting tasks in TallyRequirementsWorking knowledge of Tally (mandatory)Robust organizational and follow-up skills; comfortable juggling multiple sites/stakeholdersPrior experience in admin, accounts, or operations support preferredGood communication skills (English/Hindi: Marathi a plus)Working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeGraduate in any discipline; commerce background preferredInterested?
