Senior Design EngineerDepartment: Design & EngineeringReporting To: Design ManagerLocation: VadodaraExperience: 6–10 YearsJob Purpose:To prepare, review and release engineering designs, 2D/3D models, fabrication drawingsand ERP/Manual BOMs for industrial process equipment while ensuring compliance withSAT India SOPs, quality standards and project timelines.Key Responsibilities:Prepare/review 2D & 3D drawings.Prepare engineering calculations as applicable.Generate Manual BOM and ERP BOM.Maintain drawing and BOM revision control.Coordinate with PPC, Purchase, Production, QC, Stores and Projects.Resolve manufacturing and site design queries.Ensure SOP compliance before drawing/BOM release.Software Skills:SolidWorksAutoCADERPMicrosoft ExcelInventor/Creo (Preferred)Key Performance Indicators:KPI TargetDrawing release on time ≥95%BOM accuracy ≥98%ERP BOM accuracy ≥98%Design errors ≤2%
