About the CompanyWe are excited to announce urgent openings for Lease Accounting for leading Real Estate MNC company.About the RoleIf you are interested, please share your updated resume along with the following details at .ResponsibilitiesLease Administration & Data IntegrityReview, interpret, and abstract commercial leases, ensuring complete and accurate capture of key terms, dates, and financial provisions in Yardi.Input current lease documents into Yardi, manage workflow approvals, and ensure timely lease activation.Maintain integrity of lease data throughout the lifecycle, including critical dates, options, amendments, subleases, and terminations.Ensure lease documentation is properly stored and maintained in the document repository.Monitor, identify, troubleshoot,



and resolve lease compliance and data issues during setup and ongoing administration.Lease Accounting & CAM RecoveriesReview and validate CAM and recovery setups in Yardi against lease language and accounting requirements.Lead and support year-end CAM reconciliations and annual CAM estimate reset processes.Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of recovery structures, straight-line rent, lease classification, amortization, CapEx charges, and payment plans.Stay current on Yardi upgrades, recovery modules, and optional parameters; identify opportunities for process improvement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or Business Management.5+ years of experience in lease administration, lease accounting, or commercial real estate finance; experience in logistics or industrial real estate strongly preferred.Required SkillsLease accountingCAMCommercial real estatePreferred SkillsLease agreementsLease documentationPay range and compensation packageTotal Years of Experience:Relevant Experience in:Available for Virtual On:Current Location:Preferred Location:Current CTC:Expected CTC:Notice Period:Equal Opportunity StatementWe look forward to hearing from you soon!Best Regards,Manasa K
