to track development and operational readiness.Map work items from Agile tools (Jira/Rally) to Change Requests in ServiceNow.Generate release metrics, deployment dashboards, and post-mortems for leadership.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience : 6+ years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, or a DevOps environment.Tooling Expertise :Proficient in ServiceNow for ITSM and Change Management.Hands-on experience with Agile tracking tools like Jira , Azure DevOps (Boards) , or Rally .CI/CD Knowledge : Deep conceptual understanding of pipeline automation (e.g., Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and automated gates.Frameworks : Solid alignment with ITIL processes (ITIL Certification is a major plus).Communication : Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to manage conflict and coordinate across cross-functional tech teams.
